Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FansCue. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FansCue Android application ("App") operated by FansCue (India) ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using FansCue, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Your Account

2.1 Google Sign-In

FansCue uses Google Sign-In as the sole authentication method. You must have a valid Google account to use FansCue. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • ·Provide accurate information via your Google profile
  • ·Not share your account access with others
  • ·Notify us immediately at ceo@fanscue.com if you suspect unauthorized use

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one FansCue account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse features, evade bans, or manipulate group interactions is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FansCue only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

  • ·Post abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful content in group chats
  • ·Share false, misleading, or defamatory information
  • ·Impersonate other users, teams, athletes, or officials
  • ·Spam groups with repetitive or promotional messages
  • ·Use the app to distribute malware or attempt to hack our systems
  • ·Scrape, crawl, or extract data from FansCue in an automated manner
  • ·Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the application
  • ·Use FansCue for any commercial solicitation without written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

4. Groups & Community Features

4.1 Group Chats

FansCue automatically generates groups around sports matches and leagues. When you join a group, your display name and profile photo are visible to all group members. Group conversations are intended for sports-related discussion only.

4.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post in FansCue groups. However, by posting content, you grant FansCue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of delivering the service.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported by users. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on valid reports. To report inappropriate content, use the in-app report feature or email ceo@fanscue.com.

5. Sports Data & Content

FansCue displays sports news, fixtures, league standings, and related content. This information is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • ·Live scores and fixture data are sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate
  • ·FansCue is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team, or governing body unless explicitly stated
  • ·Team logos and league branding shown in the app are the property of their respective owners

6. Push Notifications

FansCue may send push notifications for match alerts, group activity, and league updates. You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications in your Android device settings. We will not send promotional or advertising notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All FansCue branding, logos, UI design, app code, and original content are the property of FansCue (India) and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of FansCue without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

FansCue is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8.2 Sports Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate sports data but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match scores, fixtures, or news. Do not rely on FansCue as your sole source for official sports results.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FansCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from user-generated content in group chats.

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account within the app, or by emailing ceo@fanscue.com. Upon deletion, your profile data and chat history will be removed within 30 days.

9.2 By FansCue

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FansCue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first at ceo@fanscue.com to resolve any issue informally before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as FansCue evolves. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FansCue after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
